Wok To Walk App

Wok to Walk are an international Noodle Chain in Europe, America, Russia and Asia. They approached Smart Restaurants with a brief to create a loyalty app for their customers to replace the loyalty stamp based cards. The app was to be used for both POS orders and click and collect, so customers could gain loyalty at every opertunity. We presented a Stamp based loyatly App with QR technology for the customer to Scan at POS to gain and redeem reward Stamps.

Bespoke Design & Features

The Wok to Walk app offers many features to benefit the customer. Customers can find their closest Wok to walk with the GPS technology, each location can also be found using Google Map integration. Customers can view the menu of their favourite location, when purchasing either through the App or Point of Sale you recieve 1 Stamp per every Wok purchased. When you collect 9 you can redeem a Free Wok + 2 Favourites. Using this same technology we developed the Birthday campaign to recieve a Free Wok on your Birthday, and we also developed a competition to randomly give out prizes when you can at the POS.

POS Intergration

Working together with Triniteq we have integrated the wok to walk app with their POS systems provided by Triniteq. Users can Scan at POS to collect and redeem Loyalty Stamps, users can also order directly from their app and the orders are sent direct to the Wok to Walk POS ready for collection or delivery.
