Georges Tradition App App

In 1967 Georges was opened by a man of the very same name, who was not happy serving any old fish and was very pashionate on the ingrediants and the methods of how the food was fried. The company has developed with a team of 300 with 10 Takeaways and 3 Restaurants around Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Loughborough.

High Standards

They have very high standards from having the highest quality fish they can optain to the decor of their restaurants and takeaways and food packaging. Georges is now run by his Son Andrew and close friend Nick and they have sites in Nottingham, Derby, Loughborough, Ilkeston, Belper and Leek. We have developed a bespoke app for Georges based on their new branding, and have included the full menu with photography of each menu item to allow customers to view their food before placing their order. We have also integrated the app to work alongside their current card based loyalty program.

Loyalty Card Integration

Linking the App with Instore Loyalty

Georges Tradition did not want to move away from their current instore loyalty system which is card based. We looked at full integration with the POS and loyalty system which was a third party connected to the POS. Due to development costs exceeding their budget we needed to come up with a soloution…

The Solution

The Solution was to allow the customer to enter the number on their card, this then is sent to the restaurant when they place an order and is printed on the reciept. The cashier can then enter it into the POS to give the customer their loyalty points. This method saved a lot of time and money to the project.
