Pancake Ingredients

(Makes 12 Pancakes)

  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 300ml Semi-Skimmed Milk
  • 100g Plain Flour
  • 1tbsp Melted Butter

Pancake Day is a day we celebrate on the Tuesday which comes before Ash Wednesday, which is the first day of lent in either February or March. This year Pancake Day falls on Tuesday 9th February 2016. Pancakes are not something we eat everyday, so why not use Pancake Day to enjoy pancakes all day long. The great thing about pancakes are that you can eat them as either sweet or savoury dishes.
